By accessing and using ULinkd, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

To use ULinkd, you must:

• Be currently enrolled at or affiliated with an eligible university
• Have a valid university email address from an approved institution
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

We reserve the right to verify your university affiliation at any time.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• The accuracy and appropriateness of your profile content
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your contact information is current

You agree not to:

• Share false, misleading, or impersonating information
• Use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
• Attempt to breach security or access unauthorized areas
• Upload malicious code or interfere with service operation
• Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer any part of the service
• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission

You retain ownership of content you create on ULinkd. By using our service, you grant us a license to display, store, and share your content as necessary to operate the service.

All ULinkd branding, design, and software are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of ULinkd.

For ULinkd NFC cards and physical products:

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Damaged items must be reported within 14 days
• Refunds are available for defective products only

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, but these terms will continue to apply to any prior use.

ULinkd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Content posted by other users
• Third-party actions or services
