Most businesses run on a quiet layer of manual work. A quote assembled in a spreadsheet and sent two days later. The same order keyed into three systems. Added up, it's somebody's entire job.

ULinkd builds the software that removes that layer. We work out where the hours go, then build the smallest thing that gets them back: sometimes an assistant answering customers from your price list, sometimes two systems that never talked, finally talking. Every project starts with a free call and gets a fixed price in writing before any work begins.

A few rules shape the work. The price doesn't move once it's in writing. Every account your software needs is opened in your company's name, on your card, with the logins in your hands from day one. Third-party costs pass through untouched; we never resell or mark them up. And everything you sign is written in plain language.

We're just as deliberate about what we don't take on. Systems a business stops without in the middle of the night, patient records, and anything that touches card payments stay off our list. We stick to the office side, where careful work adds up and our support promises hold.
